This review is long overdue. In October, I scheduled my first ever curly cut at Ivy Mae. When I initially reached out to book, I specifically asked if there was a stylist experienced with curly hair. I was told there was one stylist who specialized in curly cuts, and I was quoted $80 for the service. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted kindly and offered water while I waited. Let me start by saying how cute and comfy Ivy is. So nice to walk in to a salon and feel the weight of the world fall away. I was greeted and offered something to drink before we got started. I'll preface this with the fact that my hair is nuts! It has multiple textures and is stick straight on top. It's not easy. Eliza did my teen's hair. She did exactly what she asked for, and my daughter loves it! She has thick, curly hair and Eliza did amazing!
