I lived here for a year while I was needing to work downtown. If it is in your price range, you really can’t do much better. Anything managed by CRM is fantastic. Their maintenance team and landlord are on top of it. Always extremely responsive and quick to make any fixes. There are barely any units so it always feels like you have the place to yourself. It is very secure and you have to scan into not only the building but the hallways as well. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
I love living here. Small building, quiet, great location, everyone in the building is very respectful. Owners are amazing, give their tenants lots of perks. Brian the maintenance man is awesome, responds to issues ASAP. Packages always delivered safely. Has locked front door and locked door for each floor. Has garage parking for additional fee. Hands down, one of the best places to live in downtown Cleveland! Although the building doesn’t have the most amenities, you really get a beautiful and friendly place to call home. Service and maintenance is unmatched. They had a small leak in the garage one day; the next day, the maintenance team was hand washing my car. Can’t say enough good things!
