Evaluation
This establishment was used for my VA mental health exam. Although I am unsure of the outcome I would like to mention that my experience was pleasant. I was very nervous to walk into a place and share my story with strangers but the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Peggy Vermont was helpful and though she was there to evaluate, she was kind enough to offer her input and suggestions to me.
This place is horrible. They refuse to release my medical information to me as I am the patient. They get through loop holes to violate the hippa law. I finally got my medical records from my lawyer after they were submitted to the court to find Peggy Vermont lied about my entire evaluation. Go somewhere else anywhere else but here. The staff is extremely rude and doesn't care about their patients.
