Just had ANOTHER horrible lunch from the Italian chef in New Hartford. Old dried up chicken tenders. And we orders two of the same sub's one with tomatoes one without and they couldn't even get that correct. Again a simple basic order made wrong for no reason. Thought we could give them another chance but sadly we were mistaken. Never again! Should have flushed the money down the toilet! #italianchef #worstlunchever
Our favorites are chicken wing pizza and famous steak sub and they have the best canollis! They consistently have great food and service.. Great job
Pizza isn't bad but service could be better. Called in an order and it never got put in so had to wait while they did it.

Don't order from here, The NEW HARTFORD LOCATION????after being on hold for 5 minutes, the woman who answered took 5 more minutes to take my simple order of a large utica pizza with 2 toppings and THEY STILL MADE THE WRONG PIZza for the third time this month....done with this place!!!!!
I ordered pepperoni and broccoli calzones from all different places until I had one from the New Hartford shop!! By far the BEST calzone I've ever had!!! The New Hartford shop also catered my wedding reception, the riggies and greens were a huge hit!!
