Gret place to stay! Although our room was not ready for check in at ~9 pm (this was not a big deal we just had a few drink and then the room was ready); We were very pleased with the service recovery and the remainder of our stay was outstanding. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The room was spacious and had a small frig. The complex has everything you need, multiple restaurants, ABC store (gift and small grocery store), gift shops, bars, pools, beach. I would highly recomend this resort. The only down site is that a por... read more
We have been coming to this hotel for years just for little weekend getaways and have NEVER had a single bad experience. I loved this hotel so much growing up that I decided that I wanted to get married at an Embassy Suites. We got married in the Embassy Suites Hotel in Cary just because they offered larger banquet rooms. Embassy Suites are great hotels they offer huge rooms, an amazing breakfast, clean swimming pools, and great customer service. We'll be coming back as much as we can! : )
Never stay again, Very dissatisfied This place claims to be beach front. I stayed with four small kids and couldn't of had a worse experience. It took fortyfive minutes to check in with reservations. Too many people in lobby. Manager couldn't find our rooms. Night time desk clerk "grant" was so rude. Will never stay there again. Tried to cancel my reservation and got zero refund. We booked five nights stayed one and moved to the Hilton Down the street. Cost me over $1500.00 I wouldn't even give them one star but citsearch do... read more
Very Disapplinting – May be I Just never noticed this before, but is it common for hotels to charge extra for parking. I was very surprised when they tooled me that there is no place to park and I have to pay them $18 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. All it did was make the hotel look cheep and greedy. Not going to stay there again.
Finally – Son, I just spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel my two nights at the Hilton in Fort Wayne so that I don't have to move from one hotel to another. I like the hotel I'm at now and I have 1500 miles to drive later in the week. When I called the Hilton today, they said that it was up to the on-line booking company, to call them about canceling the reservation. I called them, got disconnected twice and then through my credit card info they discovered that it was really through another company. The hotel cle... read more
Things are just going down hill.... – I can't figure out why the Hilton brand keeps going to hell. I keep telling myself that I will never stay at a Hilton again, and then someone books me in a Hilton hotel. All I can say is that I am glad I didn't have to pay for the room. The service, the food and the room were all substandard, the value.. none. Hopefully this is my last stay at any Hilton hotel.
fabulous tasting menu, reasonably priced – A fabulous tasting menu that is reasonably priced. Skate and kingklip were obviously fresh and were seasoned and cooked to perfection; rabbit ravioli appetizer was light, unique and delicious; olive oil and delicately flavored tomato spread served with scrumptious bread which tasted homemade; brilliant wine pairings; service: 5-star (superior to most of the "better" restaurants in town); decor: contemporary and nautical. A must for foodies, whether local or visitors.
WOW What a Stay! – Well I have to say I have never experienced something quite like this! Upon check in to the room, the staff was cold and somewhat unapproachable, once in the room getting ready for the night the tub would not drain and at best luke warm shower....awwww REFRESHING! and to top it off the valet damaged my car! What a stay....! BEWARE
Great Location and Very Clean – This is a beautiful hotel and right next to the airport. The lobby is elegant with lots of great places to sit and meet with clients. The parking is a bit tight.
