First for the negatives. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. You could hear every noise from outside or in the other rooms. Blinds didn’t keep out the light. Positives, the location was great. Rooms were clean. The beach wasn’t super crowded at this area. Breakfast was decent. Room service is as needed which I kind of prefer. Has inside and outside pool and indoor hot tub. Well cleaned rooms and no carpet to trap sand. Ocean waves will lull you to sleep and the morning breakfast around the pool was nice.
We just stayed here for a long weekend. I feel like I need to comment on some of the previous reviews. The front office staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in a little early, which was wonderful. The room was very clean, including the bedding and bathroom. Yes, the beds are a little soft, but didn't prevent us from sleeping very well. Water pressure and hot water was never an issue. We had a great experience at this hotel. Booking was easy; checking in, even easier. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice ocean view with two queen beds and it was perfect. The scenery is stunning with direct access to the beach right from the back of the hotel and pool area. The continental breakfast offered wonderful options including juices, coffee, tea, milk, pastries, yogurt, fruit cups, bagels with waffle makers.
