Went for breakfast yesterday. The service was great and quick. The atmosphere were absolutely perfect. Can't put a finger on the food.
We've eaten here twice - once for lunch, once for breakfast. Both times, our service was horrible and the food was worse. Our breakfast was nearly inedible. We left most of the food on our plates and ate somewhere else to satisfy our hunger. Never again will we eat here.

We have never been to the Island Cow and we had to try it out. We were in Sanibel for a week and we ate there 4 times! Breakfast and Lunch was amazing each time!! The staff was so nice and the atmosphere is awesome!! My 4 yr old niece requested the "cow restaurant" everyday! 😀 We will definitely be back next time we are in Sanibel!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

On vacation with my family for a week and this placed was recommended to us. First time we tried it the food was good and friendly service. We decided to go for dinner another night since we had a good experience and good food the first time. Second time was a huge disappointment. I found a bug on my sandwich. My appetite was non existent after that. My husband got the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was so thin, looked like a pancake on a huge bun. We had to wait a bit to get a table but it was well worth it! The service, the food, the decor.... All was perfect! We ate chicken tenders, steak and a tuna melt..... All great! And the best sweet tea on the island! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
