5 stars because: the wait staff is incredible, the atmosphere is fun, especially on the patio, the drinks are refreshing, the menu is vast and varied, and the quality of the prepared dishes is far above what one might expect from a casual eaterie.

We waited 40 minutes for a table which was what we expected. What we didn't expect was a waitress with an attitude. She served all the drinks over my sons head, mixed up everyone's bill and said "maybe if I had looked at them it would help" then when she asked my husband if he wanted his change (we had a big group and 18% added on) When I told her yes we want the change she said "I have a 5 year old at home and am a single mom. We typically give a 20% tip but not with her attitude. Won't go back
300 plus items on their menu means something for everyone!

Portions were great, menu choices are huge. We go every year when we visit Sanibel. Service is always a little slow but this time we could tell we were being a little rushed. We were obviously our server's last table for the afternoon. All in all a great experience.

Nothing special! Left it to our last night on Sanibel/Captiva - staff weren't very friendly and I choose Tuna (that was well done instead of being medium rare!) chips and slaw very average!!
