I can’t recommend this property enough. It has the best location out of all the frisco square apartments. - All frisco square activities are literally outside the lobby doors. Christmas lights, Freedom Fest, Toyota Stadium, etc. are all in your backyard - maintenance staff is top notch. Any time I’ve had a service request, they ALWAYS come the next business day. I truly love living here — I never thought I’d say this, but I actually enjoy paying rent because the experience is that good. The entire team is beyond helpful, from the amazing manager Kelsey to the assistant manager Jessica, and every single member of the maintenance staff. They’re incredibly efficient, professional, and kind. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, and the front office is always responsive and accommodating.
