I moved to The Isaac’s apartments because it appeared very nice but after moving in I discovered that it’s very loud, you can hear your neighbors from their apartment, and the person who lived above me were very loud and I could hear every step that was made whereas I couldn’t hear my tv and the person I’m talking to on the phone. I mentioned this many times in person to the office manager while I was walking my dog. She said most of the complaints are from the noise. One of the standout features The Isaac offers has been Roberto and his amazing maintenance team. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded incredibly quickly—often within the same day. Not only are they fast, but they’re also consistently friendly, respectful, and professional. Management has been quick to respond to requests. It has been easy to live here without any interruptions or issues popping up.
We really enjoy living at the Isaacs at Frisco. The staff is friendly, professional, and always prompt in answering questions and fixing issues. Parking is safe and secure, and an assigned spot can be reserved for a fee. The hallways are clean, carpeted, and air-conditioned. The grill and pool areas are wonderful, and the pool cabanas are a dream! You should come and check them out!
Been living here for a few years now, and no complaints. Maintenance is on top of all requests, the office staff is great, and the place is CLEAN. Can’t say that about other places I’ve lived. Great location, and did I say clean?? Highly recommend.
