I moved to The Isaac’s apartments because it appeared very nice but after moving in I discovered that it’s very loud, you can hear your neighbors from their apartment, and the person who lived above me were very loud and I could hear every step that was made whereas I couldn’t hear my tv and the person I’m talking to on the phone. I mentioned this many times in person to the office manager while I was walking my dog. She said most of the complaints are from the noise. One of the standout features The Isaac offers has been Roberto and his amazing maintenance team. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded incredibly quickly—often within the same day. Not only are they fast, but they’re also consistently friendly, respectful, and professional. It really makes a difference knowing that if something goes wrong, it’ll be taken care of without any hassle. The front office staff is good. The maintenance crew is exceptional, they are knowledgeable, polite, hardworking and effective. The elevators could be cleaned a bit more frequently, but that’s my only complaint
Great location and facility. Leasing office staff are amazing. Also very good maintenance services. Really enjoying all the activities at complex and around Frisco Square.
I’ve lived here since April and have only had a wonderful experience. The property is quiet and clean. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and the staff is extremely friendly and available. Really everything I could ask for! I love living in this area on top of it all. 10/10 recommend the Isaac!
