I’ve been officially moved in for a week now and I’m honestly a bit disappointed in my experience. I’ll start by stating that Tony within the office has done very well at addressing my concerns. He’s actually the only one I really care to work with seeing he has empathy and you can tell he truly cares that as a tenant you have a great experience. This complex is wonderful, no matter what I need it’s right here or nearby. My family loves living here and Josh is the best maintenance helping me with my water leak on a hot Sunday afternoon. Thank you for taking good care of us and our home. We feel blessed to know someone like Josh; who comes out for emergencies and smiles at us showing true friendliness on the regular. Thank you!!
A FANTASTIC PLACE TO CALL HOME!! I recently moved out of state into The Isaac Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Tony Bower) made me feel welcome and supported. The leasing process was smooth and transparent when my boyfriend and I came to visit back in May, and any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. Kudos to the whole team here, especially Josh for always being on top of issues with my apartment and always being so friendly. I’ll live here forever thanks to them. You can tell they are hard workers and really love their jobs. Josh and the other maintenance guys get things done that make me glad I don’t have to. It’s also cool we have food trucks sometimes, they’re all great options. Pool is serene and this place really feels like home. Thanks guys.
