The staff are always very accommodating
I was recently feeling very disappointed with this clinic, having been there for 20 years and having to deal with more obnoxious and outrageous behavior there from one of their staff. To my amazement, they followed through on my complaint and everything is now resolved. One thing about Wright is that have had now a big increase in their caseload ( it's been happening over the last two years) and it puts a lot of pressure on the doctors. I don't know if they have been forced to start a waiting list or not.
The staff is always courteous, despite high volume of calls! Long waits happen but are rare - they tell you how many calls are ahead. A nurse will always call back ... how soon may depend on urgency, but always within 24 hrs. What matters most is the level of care, which so far in 6 years I have found excellent.The doctors are caring, wait time never more than 10-15 minutes.
