Mark performed exceptionally well; he listened as I described my hairstyle and, drawing on his experience and intuition, delivered a cut that matched my vision and improved it. He ensured every concern was heard and addressed, showing the qualities of a truly professional barber. The music was stylish, and the shop felt peaceful and tidy.
I waited over an hour with my small child, and after all that waiting the barber told me he couldn’t cut the hair. No clear explanation, no apology, just wasted time. While waiting, I also heard multiple customers complaining about the bad haircuts they received, which made me uncomfortable and confirmed this place is not professional. If you value your time and want a decent haircut especially if you have kids avoid this place. Not recommended. Go somewhere else.
