I’m really impressed with the gym ! The ice bath is a game changer for recovery, and the sauna is such a nice touch after a workout. The equipment is modern and well maintained Everything you could ask for, from weights to cardio machines. On top of that, the price is incredible for the value you get with the whole package. The staff are friendly too, which makes it even better. Very pleased with this place definitely worth checking out !

The Iron Foundry is an awesome facility for strength training and has an amazing range of equipment and space. Warrick is super friendly and went out of his way last minute to accomodate us for a casual visit. Thanks again Warrick!

Great gym, nice atmosphere and best of there really is something for everyone at every point in training. If your Just starting or experienced great place to come.

I was in Dubbo for work and reached out to a couple of gyms to train at. The Iron Foundry got back to me straight away and we’re able to meet me at the time I needed to train. They gave me a quick tour and let me do my own thing. Made it so easy for a drop in which is hard to find. The space was excellent with so many machines, strongman equipment, Olympic lifting equipment and a sauna and ice baths. As a CrossFit athlete, I was able to get my session done with no worries. I’ll definitely be going back

Awesome gym, the owner is friendly and welcoming, members are great and the gym has all the gear you could dream of catering to any strength sport including an insane range of strongman implements that we are extremely lucky to have access to in the Central West. Recovery setup with sauna, ice baths and compression boots is an added bonus too.
