Dr. Jackson and Tracie are the best. Dr. Jackson actually listens and addresses my concerns. I’ve never felt as comfortable in the care of any doctor as I have with Dr. Jackson. They are also very flexible with scheduling and get me in as quickly as possible.

I was on auto pilot mode for YEARS just sleeping and working. I have been regaining my my energy level ever since my first infusion . I love this place 🥹 Tracey scheduled my appointment! She is very sweet and understanding. She booked me around my busy schedule. I get super anxious with needles because I am a “hard stick”. Dr. Jackson eased all my nerves and was able to get me hooked up in one shot! These ladies are both absolutely lovely and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. 100% recommended . I really appreciate the care taken by Dr. Jackson and Tracie in setting me up, getting the infusion going safely and with as little discomfort as possible, and making sure I am safe and comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this facility and these two amazing women for their kindness, care, and expertise. If I need this service again, I will ask my doctors to refer me again to Iron Clinic at CU Infusion because I know I will feel comfortable and well cared for at their Huntersville location!!!
Took my daughter here for some iron treatments and I was blown away by the professionalism and extra effort that was made to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Jackson and her staff were exceptional. My daughter has an extreme fear of needles and they did a great job of helping her through the process. I definitely recommend!
