It was 3pm on a Saturday. The cleaner I had arranged for a move-out cleaning cancelled last-minute. I was stuck calling around to find a replacement. Our new tenant was arriving on Sunday at 2:30pm and we absolutely didn't want to turn over keys to an uncleaned unit. Shannon came over and got the job done!
