I wish I could give a 0 and not a 1. I have multiple medical issues, asthma being one that I struggle with the most. I had no issues with the Dr or really anyone but Jen the practice manager. I tried to schedule a appt and was sent a message saying that they were no longer going to schedule me because I had rescheduled to many times. I had not one time EVER been told that if I reschedule one more time that I would be terminated as a patient. Showed up early and I was planning to wait til my scheduled appointment time but they took me right back! I saw Dr Scott. He was great!
I wish all my doctor appointments were this great! Everyone was friendly and explained what I would be doing at my appointment. Dr. Trump was also really kind and approachable. He explained the "what, why and how's" of the next tests I'd be doing and I highly recommend this office.
