Great staff very friendly and answered all my questions before surgery APLUS
Hoping for the best
The iowa clinic general Surgery department was the worst experience with medical professionals in my life. The nursing staff were rude and not following through on retruning calls and the front desk hung up on me. My whole "team" continuously brushed me off and acted as though my pain was not important enough. I would never reccomend them to anyone.
6 months and counting for getting all their ducks in a row for surgery.
