Went in for appointment after 40 minutes went to counter and was told I was delayed for a medical emergency. After another 15 minutes went back to the counter (lady said she forgot about me) I was told it would be a while longer and could reschedule. I asked for a refund on copay and was told it was already canceled. Explained the charge had already hit the account ( I recieve notifications on phone) and the lady in a condescending tone said "I assure you it has been canceled".
