Dr Ketchum is awesome!
I love the physicians. When I walk in and leave the front staff is amazing. Unfortunately every time I call to talk to someone about an appointment, it's the complete opposite.
I have been going here for a year+ after being sent by my PCP for a particular problem. Dr. Kadic is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He is knowledgeable and always explains thoroughly the diagnosis and my options. Does not fail to refer me to a specialist if he cannot help. Not only that but the girls at the front desk are so nice and fun to interact with. Also a shout out to Dr. Kadic's nurses. They are wonderful too. I will be switching from my current PCP and Mercy network to this Iowa Clinic.
