You truly are just a number to them. I went to schedule an appointment. Next closest one is 2 weeks out. All good, they’re busy people. DAY BEFORE my appointment I get told I need to reschedule. Next one is another 2 weeks out. I explained that I needed to be seen two weeks ago, as I am having some serious issues. The receptionist responded rudely. I've been a patient with Dr Nicholson for almost 15 years. Started new job an work conflicted with my appointment times I had to cancel. I never knew nor was let known that for canceling i would lose my Doctor for over a decade over a stupid policy. Apparently $$ is more important to Iowa clinic than services 🙄. I like my doctor here but the customer service is very rude. I had a visit in January generated $232.7 cost. I set a payment plan to pay it off in 4 month. From Feb to April, I have been charged $58.18 each month on my credit card, but at the same time I have been receiving letters and text messages that I might be sent to collection. I called today and the customer service (Stephanie from Payment) said I was charged $58.18 and I had never payed and had no payment plan.
