We had a delicious experience! The steaks were cooked and seasoned to perfection! We had the cheese curd appetizer which was very good. We had the mushroom and asparagus sides with our cuts of beef. I would without hesitation recommend Iowa Chop House and return myself if I'm ever back on Iowa City. This was the highlight of our trip to Iowa City.
There are some places can be improved. Take long time to refill water Medium rare ribeye, the crust is good, but inside is overcooked, it’s more like a medium.
This restaurant had excellent food. The tortilla soup was so delicious
First time there, food and drinks were excellent! Awesome low key atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
Love the elevated country vibe. Started off the meal with maple bacon and cheese curds which were amazing 👏 loved the steak salad too. Perfect blend of fresh ingredients and tender steak. Can't wait to go back.
