Steve without question went above and beyond in supporting my daughter and her roommate with finding their first condo rental in downtown Toronto. Steve prepared them in advance, set realistic expectations, and from start to finish provided the best experience. Steve, you are kind, honest and ensuring your clients are happy shows why you are truly exceptional. Thank you from our family.
Steven was a lifesaver! Got me into a new place swiftly and without issues. Kind, helpful, forthcoming, and easy to reach the whole way through, made the process as painless as possible.
It’s hard to believe Steve was only our agent for 72 hours. From day one, he treated us like family. His knowledge of the neighborhoods was exceptional, and whenever he didn’t have an immediate answer, he always found one. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. We truly enjoyed working with Steve and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a great real estate agent. We hope to work with him again soon.
Steven was the best realtor to work with! My fiancé and I were looking to make the move to Toronto and struggled to find a place with a different realtor for over a month. Within a week of working with Steven we had a place. He made the process of finding a condo seamless and easy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city and showed us great options within our budget. We will definitely be working with him in the future.
I just rented my first place in Toronto, and Steven was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was clear, transparent, and consistently responsive, which made everything feel smooth and easy. He communicated well, moved quickly when needed, and was always helpful along the way. He accommodated changes, and I felt like I was able to get the perfect place for me. I would definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking for a real estate agent in Toronto.
