This place is a damn joke. Not just here but ALL RICHDALE PROPERTIES!!! Maintenance they do not do it at all. Unless before inspections by the city. Have had washers and dryers out of commission for MONTHS. They need to be sued for false advertising. Oh and don't bother complaining to the head office they have a lovely lady working there who does nothing but lie. Also, their response to these complaints on Google or wherever is the same. I have a bird living in my widow because it's missing one outer pane, leaving a nook for a giant bird nest and baby birds. They are house sparrows. I had to threaten legal action to get things fixed after they put it in 3 months prior and I went in every few weeks. It was fixed the day after I left the note on their door. The structural integrity of the deck is non existent. You tell me, it's held on by joist hangers with one corner completely unsupported. I have lived here since 2019, and will be moving out when my lease ends. They charge me $50 a month -- that is, $600 a year -- for a 'complementary' cable service which I do not use. I asked what would happen if I don't pay it, they said I would be evicted. One time, they hired a towing company to move a stranger's car in the parking lot. The company took my car by mistake, and I missed work that day. The towing company charged me $200 to get my car back.
