Stayed here for a work trip. Loved the location and the suite itself was like having an apartment rather than a boring hotel room. I had sent a email with a question about parking (which I had prepaid for) and rec’d no response but figured it out on my own. There was an annoying hiccup when I entered my code to my actual room. After multiple attempts it didn’t work so I called the number. Took two different tries for someone to pickup the call. After being on hold to talk to his manager, I rec’d a different code to use. Customer service was great, getting into the hotel was a bit tricky and preregistration tasks; but overall we had a nice time
The rooms are spacious and stunning! We had a living room dining room bedroom and bathroom to play around in - lots of space And decorated simply and beautifully! We were a little frustrated with Service in that we had called the day before to see if we could get in an hour Or so early And we have been told It was likely. So, we left early to get to Duluth and when we called that day, we were told it was not Possible and we shouldn't have been told that.
