Bait and switched during the financing. They advertised the car for 18,900 and during the financing they charged me 20,900 and I did not catch it in all the paperwork. This place is a bad dealership. Lookup the reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I called the GM several times and did not get a call back.........I wonder why! Find another dealership! Avoid this dealership at all cost! They are dishonest and do not stand behind what they sale. They plugged a tire on the sidewall and put it on the inside so you couldn’t see. The axle broke on my way to get a state inspection. This occurred on the freeway at 70 mph, had someone else been driving there might have been a fatality. When I contacted them they refused to even talk to me.
This is the first ever negative review I have EVER given! I can't stress enough, do NOT trust this lot! I flew in all the way from Colorado to purchase my dream, perfect car. I was out-right LIED TO about the history of the car-told multiple times it was a clean title, never wrecked vehicle with certainly no history of being totaled. LIE! MADE A PURCHASE OF 2013 CHEVY TRAVERSE, WAS TOLD THAT HAD MINOR DAMAGE TO LIFTGATE AND BUMPER. bOTH HAD BEEN REPLACED. NOTHING ELSE WRONG.
