The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. This apartment is close to the campus which is big plus. All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash). Heated water is available 24/7. Both the buildings have a study lounge. There is also a piano available which the residents can use. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here
I had a wonderful experience living at IV. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The management team was always responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions or maintenance requests. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and convenient place to live!

I’ve had a great experience at International Village Apartments, and I want to especially highlight how helpful and professional the staff have been. Nathalia, the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and always goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. International Village was a great apartment for my son. He rented a studio apartment. It was very clean and quiet and gave him the environment to focus and graduate early. I would recommend this facility to any perspective Riverside students.
