Worst experience I have ever had with a tile company. They re-did our master shower tile 4 times and we still have 3 different colour grouts, broken tiles, holes in the grout ranging from pinhole size to 1/2 inch. The owner Misty came to our house for a warranty claim due to the sloppy work. From the moment she entered our home, she was rude, condescending and made excuses for everything.
