I live in the complex The Villages at Carver. I’ve been experiencing nonstop problems since I’ve moved in and it’s been a NIGHTMARE. I have contacted the front office via email AND submitted maintenance requests, all of which weren’t handled properly. A week into my move in date 04/04/2025, my apartment was flooded by the upstairs neighbor’s water heater. No one came to check on the unit, all they did was send someone out to get up the water. I am a resident at the villages at carver in Atlanta. I have been putting in work orders for a month due to my A/C being out. No one never answers the phone, which I find very unprofessional. The grounds are filthy and there are huge rats that make their way into your unit. I hate it here.
I’ve called this office at least 10 times, in the past 3 days me and my father have called this office a total of 7 times and all 7 times management has been unable to speak to my issues, set up a meeting with me or follow through on any of their promises. The leasing office of my property is closed on Wednesday and their phone is always off so I have to rely on this group to contact them for issues about the properties they manage. I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company owes us over 40k. DO NOT DO WORK WITH THEM OR RENT THROUGH THEM.
My apartment has had a leak for 4months, and water is leaking into my breaker box. There is no power in any bedroom and the lazy workers refuse to fix it.dont get an apartment with these people
