I RESIDE IN ASHLEY AT CASCADE. MY APARTMENT WAS SHOT UP ON MARCH 16, 2026, THE RENT OFFICE TRYING TO BLAME ME FOR IT HAPPENING, THEY SHOT UP MY BACK DOOR MY KIDS BEDROOM WINDOWS AND SHOT THROUGH MY LIVINGROOM WHICH THE BULLETS TRAVELED THROUGH THE WALL AND MY BEDROOM WALLL RIGHT ABOVE MY HEADBOARD. I paid my rent for January at Reserve at Bolton Rd and they sold the building to another company. They never accounted my rent and now I have to pay double this month because they don’t ANSWER the phone or emails. This is so inconvenient. And when you go down to their office, they are located in the Ritz Carlton building where you can’t even go into the office. So unprofessional!
One of their property Buckhead flats is not a property big to move to tacky decor no amenities and the mgr.thinks she is a prison warden and the salts are her priority it's a apt.complex but she holds mail in her office for days and you have to pry it out this place is cc not what you see online
These people harassed me for a whole year for rent, lost $1200 in money orders and lied about it. They steal money and don't credit accounts. Me and my children have been ill from living in mold and mildew with flies and roaches. No matter how much we clean they will not go away and I have complained for so long. I've called corporate and they have done absolutely nothing to help me and my children they only harass me for money and completely act like we do no exist.
