A complete mess!
I'm so glad I pulled up the reviews for this management company before my lease is over. Things have been bad consistently at Ashley Station in Columbus GA and looking at theses reviews it won't change with this company taking over. The pool has been out of order for 4+ years. The bugs and rodents are everywhere. For the price of rent the quality of living doesn't match. Expensive and overpriced with no amenities and slow maintenance. Absolutely atrocious. Everyone we have dealt with has been awful. One even hung up on my mom for asking to speak to someone higher up.
I live in the complex The Villages at Carver. I’ve been experiencing nonstop problems since I’ve moved in and it’s been a NIGHTMARE. I have contacted the front office via email AND submitted maintenance requests, all of which weren’t handled properly. A week into my move in date 04/04/2025, my apartment was flooded by the upstairs neighbor’s water heater. No one came to check on the unit, all they did was send someone out to get up the water. I RESIDE IN ASHLEY AT CASCADE. MY APARTMENT WAS SHOT UP ON MARCH 16, 2026, THE RENT OFFICE TRYING TO BLAME ME FOR IT HAPPENING, THEY SHOT UP MY BACK DOOR MY KIDS BEDROOM WINDOWS AND SHOT THROUGH MY LIVINGROOM WHICH THE BULLETS TRAVELED THROUGH THE WALL AND MY BEDROOM WALLL RIGHT ABOVE MY HEADBOARD.
