Just had a first haircut at Intaglio with Cassie. I am new to the Tacoma area. She did a great cut and I enjoyed the shampoo head massage. The salon is clean and modern. I was offered water when I arrived. She offered some recommendations to help the condition of my hair and offered to color my hair next time I’m in the area. Cassie was enjoyable to talk with and helpful pointing out some areas of town we should visit.
Hannah is a magician! I had previously had my hair colored at a "school" and it didn't' turn out anything like I had hoped. During the consult, Hannah explained to me what probably happened and asked questions and gave suggestions how we could "fix" it. I couldn't be happier! The old color just wasn't "me" and Hannah read me well and got me to a place where I feel like "me" again! Plus, she is very pleasant to chat with! I have already rebooked!
Hannah is absolutely incredible! She has been doing mine and my wife’s hair for three years, and she always goes above and beyond in every possible way. She truly spoils us rotten, we actually come all the way from Puyallup just to see her because she gives us VIP treatment every single time. Hannah is a magician, a gem, a rock star, a sweet and compassionate soul… I could go on and on! I’m so privileged and honored to work with her! I wouldn’t be surprised if she books up quickly and becomes famous 🤩
Be very careful on letting a woman named “Hannah” do your hair. She trashed my hair. See below pictures and burned my face with a curling iron after I said no to a curling iron being used on my hair. Please beware of this stylists
