Very helpful, especially for someone buying in Florida for the first time. There are many other things to take into consideration, hurricanes, wind mitigation, etc. Mark was patient and happy to explain and walk me thru all of the twists and turns including helping me find someone to do the wind mitigation evaluation which helped reduce my insurance costs substantially.
