RecommendedReally appreciate The Loft’s approach - shopping around for the best value for clients. Previously had bad experiences with State Farm then American Family trying to intimidate me into staying with them and actually being gamey about ways to lower rates. Very impressed with Joseph - he is proactive (an overused word I hate but not in this case); quickly responds; does what he says he’s going to do; on the ball - I feel well-taken care of. And The Loft is lucky to have him!
I have been with the insurance loft for several years. I love the consultative approach that educates me on all of my options and costs. When I first started working with them I found out I did not have the coverage I thought I had. I now have all of my insurance with them. My business, umbrella, personal house and autos, and all of my investment properties. I could not be happier. The Insurance Loft is awesome and offers a unique insurance experience. Their advisers are true professionals and are salaried employees, so they aren't motivated to sell policies that profit themselves. Insurance is changing and cheap policies which offer offer sub-par coverage will be detrimental in the long run. The insurance Loft knows this very well and works diligently with multiple companies to find the best policy for each customer's individual situation. I highly recommend the entire team at the Insurance Loft!
There are times when people need a copy of our commercial insurance and Brian and the Insurance Loft are so quick to respond. The make the process easy and fast. It is such a relief knowing they have my back and I'm covered the best possible way. I would highly recommend the Insurance Loft.
