Great rates on my home and auto insurance! Much cheaper and all the coverages were explained to me so I feel like I know more about my homeowners policy than before.
If youre looking for cheap insurance prices this is the place to call BUT if youre looking for great customer service I suggest looking someplace else. My customer service rep. was an older lady (dont remember her name her desk is right by the door when you walk in) I advise everyone to stay away from her shes too busy or lazy for the accutal customer!She NEVER calls you back when she says she will. Also their office is probably the most disorganized office I have EVER walked in well...at least her desk was.
