My first experience using a public adjuster. Maybe there are trustworthy ones out there, but this was not one of them. A contractor was brought to my home during the initial visit without clear disclosure that he was a separate business, and no written scope or pricing was provided in advance. The insurance doctors have been wonderful throughout the process of my claim! Barry especially was always so tentative and thorough. He always answered my calls after hours and made sure to update me throughout the process. I recommend this company if you are in need of good and honest adjusters!
