I recently moved to Mooresville and was trying to continue my policy directly with Progressive-It took so long, and I never spoke with the same person and the rate they quoted me was way too high. I spoke with Jess at the insurance center and everything was buttoned up immediately. I got a great rate and great customer service! Highly recommend!
