Rob, Danielle and Ashley did an absolutely first class job getting me up and walking, stair-climbing, and kneeling after a total knee replacement. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough.
The guy at the front desk is a game changer. He answers the phone messages and manages a crazy amount of stuff, treating everyone kindly and efficiently! I am going to have to add to this post as months later I needed to call them, and all phone numbers go to different offices IF you can locate a phone number at all. This is absurd this day and age. You are to contact them for appointments and there is ZERO way to do so. I am thousands of miles away now and driving by is not an option.
