They don't answer the phone
The service is fine when you’re there, but this is the second time that I need to speak to someone and no one picks up the phone!
Can’t reach the office to make an appt ?
I went there for 5 years. Never did I have a visit when Dr Lee didn’t make some sarcastic remark about my weight. I don’t care how much he runs or how many chis seeds he eats. I am now out of supplies and need to go back. The office personnel were great. Seems that their ratings have dropped significantly. Oh well I hopes this helps
The doctor wanted to barter with me. He would only get me a CPAP if I went in the weight loss shot. When I refused, he became hostile. Do not go here if you are in a large body. They stick to the old stigma that fat is bad and they won’t help you.
