These guys are amazing. I can't thank Charles enough for helping me with my leg and back pain. After 10 years of running marathons he has helped me understand the importance of stretching and strengthening. I seriously feel five years younger after one month of therapy. I can't thank Charles, Rob and Julie enough! I tore my left medial meniscus and suffered chondral damage to my left patella. I couldn't walk or climb stairs without extreme pain and a severe limp. within two weeks I was able to walk and climb stairs with minimal and at times no pain.
