I wasn't even able to schedule an appointment...the worst customer experience I can imagine. They did not respond to the first email. They called after I sent another one. The attorney on the phone did not even listen or respond accordingly. Imagine you are talking to a robot that goes over and over the same thing and keeps bragging about their office and irrelevant policies.
