i had a good experience here, but the actual jewelry itself is not good quality. i bought at anklet and the band snapped off. it was expensive and i was told with the quality, it doesn’t need to ever be taken off. maybe this was a lie?? super unfortunate. also i was never given any receipt. i saw there’s a 6 month warranty if you have your receipt. but i was never given one. maybe this place is a scam?????

I had a great experience at this location as soon as I walked in I was greeted by CATHERINE she was so nice and had good energy she was respectful and was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing a bracelet. I would promote her to manager already!!!
