They were extremely helpful in explaining the process of how they do things and answering all of my questions. Myself and another customer were in there when they closed, but the two ladies didn’t rush through making sure our bracelets fit correctly or anything else. The lady helping me even helped me figure out what bracelet stacker stone to get while making the other bracelets I got because I ended up getting the bundle deal.
