The quality which makes Toby the best choice is his upfront and honest explanation of his billing before you commit to hiring him. He made accommodations to get the inspection done right away. The report included suggestions of how to repair the items. No wonder my realtor and family endorsed him!
I found Toby through the Rosie on the House web site "Find a Trusted Partner" and he lived up to expectation. Booking the home inspection was made easy, even though the seller had to change the first appointment, a simple phone call to Toby and we had a new inspection date arranged. The report is clear, with lots of pictures including arrows so you know exactly what he's referring to and of course he does a walk through and explains everything, even making suggestions for ongoing maintenance.
