If you need a home inspector, look no further! Toby did a fantastic job inspecting my new build home in Queen Creek. He was transparent about his pricing, was willing to work with my builder to get all documents necessary documents to be allowed on-site, and was able to fit me in the week after I first contacted him! You will make the best choice for your own peace of mind if you hire Toby.
He made accommodations to get the inspection done right away. The report included suggestions of how to repair the items. No wonder my realtor and family endorsed him!
