Truly incredible service. I called and spoke to Daniela to inquire about a home inspection and within two hours she had someone out at the Condo I was purchasing. The inspector was kind, professional and efficient. I received the full report less than 24 hours later! First class service and I highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with the speedy appointment availability and facilitation of the inspection process provided by Daniela and the punctuality of the inspector who came to my home. He was also very courteous and knowledge during the inspection was able to answer alot of the questions that I had during the process. Highly recommend theses guys!

Highly recommended! Daniella was a true professional. She was very responsive. She got me an inspection quickly. Stayed in contact with me throughout the process. John Randin, the inspector is the best! He was very professional. Arrived early, friendly, very knowledgeable and experienced. He inspected the property very thoroughly and didn’t miss a detail to the property. Best part is he did an outstanding report that was very detailed and got the report the following day!! The best!

These are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Not only did Daniela’s inspector screw up my report, he spent most of his time criticizing the intelligence of previous clients. Who does that? They stole my money! The owner, Daniela, said she had an appointment with the county and was going to follow up with me. Yeah... this was back on May 23, we’re now in August. My messages & calls have gone unanswered!
