I have suffered from insomnia for years, and Dr. Glidewell, along with The Insomnia Clinic seminar hosted by Dr. Michele Okun has given me the tools I need to finally sleep. Thanks to all their assistance, I have been able to stop taking sleep aids which I think has been a huge part of my sleep success. I highly recommend the Insomnia Clinic to anyone out there with sleep issues!
The CBTI course (online) was unorganized and instructor was impatient with participants. The workbook is too short and does not contain most of the information. Information was included on slides (over 100) that are cumbersome to look through. 4 hour online course for those suffering from insomnia is too long for one setting. This would be more productive as a self paced course,
