To begin with, the staff at the Gilbert Clinic are very knowledgeable, friendly & always willing to go the extra mile to make your experience as pleasant & comfortable as possible. Dr. Lisa Cutchen is my physician and she is the dearest person. You will NEVER feel like you are getting the bum's rush from Dr. Cutchen. She takes as much time as you need & she needs. If you have questions or concerns, she encourages you to discuss them. I'm very pleased with the care & consideration I've received at the Gilbert Cliniic.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and informative. Made me feel much more at ease about the sleep study and how helpful treating apnea can be for overall health. I highly recommend the Insomnia and Sleep Institute.
I’ve read through other reviews and feel like I’ve been overlooked or had extremely bad luck with this office. Every interaction I’ve had has been so bad. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. Communication is horrible. They never follow up on things they say they will do. I’m about to miss my telehealth appointment I’ve waited 3 months for because nobody has sent me a link. I’ve called the office 3 times and texted. No answer. I was treated with respect and care. I was given a call Tues afternoon and told of an opening on Wed. morning so I jumped at the chance and went in Wed. morning. I filled out all the paperwork Gosh there is a lot of pages and then was called in to meet the consultant. She was most Plesant and understood my problems. I now get to go in the first of Aug for my night with them. Nope no popcorn or movies but just sleeping and trying out a new machine.
