Although my experience with my psychotherapist has been great, my experience with the admin has been truly subpar. I had contacted the staff 3 times about whether or not they accept direct billing through Blue Cross, and that my coverage final date was May 31st, where i would have no access to the online portal. Each time i was assured that there would be no issue whatsoever direct billing to blue cross. No showed appointment. No follow up,call or email. Rescheduled with somebody else so may have a better experience when I do have an appointment.
