I love this place! it's like practicing yoga with a big, happy, welcoming family. the workshops are an added bonus and fun opportunity to try something new. Absolutely check out their yoga schedule whether you're new to yoga, restarting your yoga practice, or an old hand.
Went in for the first time last week, and the energy I felt walking in, feeling so welcomed and at ease with the people that work there was wonderful. I've been exploring my spiritually a lot recently and had been looking for a good metaphysical store nearby with good products as well as a good sense of community, and I can say with 100% certainty that The Inner-Connection has it! Beautiful people, great selection, and I can't wait to come back and maybe attend some classes!
