We had a funeral to attend in Rochester and thought, let’s make the best of our weekend. I adore finding niche, well appointed and places to stay with character and charm. The Inn on Broadway was exquisite. The pre-arrival communication was stellar, our check in seamless, and the friendliness of all the staff superior to most of the places I’ve stayed in both the US and abroad. Absolutely charming hotel! Beautiful room with thoughtful amenities, great shower, luxury robes, bottled water, etc. Elegant main floor bar and fun speakeasy in the lower level. Luxurious restaurant on site but super convenient to other options. I have been here twice and will definitely be back. Did I mention the staff? Could not be nicer or more accommodating. One of the nicest places I have stayed in years.
The hotel is in a good location in Rochester. The place is clean and well- decorated. The people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the bar, and the complimentary bagels and coffee in the morning. Also,the price for a room is very reasonable. All in all, we'd definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.
10/10. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was unique and had so much charm. We also really enjoyed the jazz lounge in the basement. We will be staying with you whenever we come to Rochester!
Old world flavor in the heart of Rochester’s East End entertainment district. The room was large with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. A pleasure to stay there.
