The location is nice however its extremely inconvenient to get in and kut of especially if an event is going on. Also it is very much a landlord special inside, it would greatly benefit from taking a little more time to actually finish projects to give it a finished look over missing fixtures, not painting right up to towel bars and doing something to make the fire sprinklers not look like someone hammered a hole in the wall to put them in.
Great place to watch a game from the rooftop!
