I can’t tell you about the room because I had to cancel, and Deep Canyon pushed me off to Expedia, knowing they had an “out.” I purchased insurance knowing I may need to cancel due to work AND my uncle was sick and in hospice. When I called to cancel the young woman answering the phone was distracted and not interested in talking to me at all. She said “sorry, call Expedia, and hung up. My uncle passed away and the insurance wanted a death certificate, which I thought was rude to ask my Auntie given it was about money, and s... read more
Lugar bonito y limpio, pero bajé las estrellas porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y aunque se reportó, nunca fue nadie a revisar. Les hace falta una sombra en el área de la alberca, es demasiado el sol de Palm Springs que ni el bloqueador fue suficiente.
2 ND night here tonight. Staff is marvelous and really helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable and well supplied. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends, family or to stay here again.
